Unser Team

Im September 2012 wurde unser Heim gegründet. Im Januar 2019 konnten wir unser zweites Haus eröffnen.

Zwei Länder – verschiedene Projektaktivitäten – aber ein Ziel – erfolgreiche Projektrealisierung funktioniert nur in einem Team, das sich vollständig aufeinander verlassen kann.

Jutta Sistemich: Gründerin und 1. Vorsitzende von “Empologoma e.V.”
Trägt die Verantwortung für die komplette Organisation der Vereinstätigkeiten, das Sponsoring und ist so oft wie möglich vor Ort. Langjährige berufliche Erfahrungen in Industrie und Kultur bilden eine gute Grundlage, das Projekt auf vielfältige Weise weiter zu entwickeln und Anschlussprojekte zu realisieren.
Mit Rat und Tat wird sie von einem Team in Deutschland unterstützt, das zum Teil selber schon Uganda gelebt hat.

Vor Ort sind für die beiden Häuser momentan sechs festangestellte MitarbeiterInnen zuständig , die zum überwiegenden Teil als SozialarbeiterInnen ausgebildet sind. Die NGO Mitglieder stehen auch hier unterstützend zur Seite.

Seit 2018 sind wir eingetragene “Foreign NGO” in Uganda (Non-Governmental-Organization). Dem NGO Board gehören fünf Mitglieder an. (zwei aus Deutschland, drei aus Uganda).

Our Team

In September 2012 our home was founded.

Two countries – different project activities – but one common aim – successful project realization can just work in a team, that can completely rely on each other.

Jutta Sistemich: Founder and 1. chairperson of „Empologoma e.V.“
Is responsible for the complete organisation of the association activities, the sponsoring and is on-site as often as possible. Long-standing professional experiences in industry and cultur provide a good basis to develop the project in various ways and to realize follow-up projects. A team in Germany is supporting, from whom some have also stayed in Uganda for a time.

On site there are six employees responsible at the moment. Most of them are social workers. Also here members of the NGO is supporting.

Since 2018 we are a registered “foreign NGO” (Non-Governmental Organization). The board consists of five members (two from Germany, three from Uganda).
